Please note that transport to all wedding festivities has been arranged from your hotel, so you can simply enjoy the celebrations without worrying about logistics.

Friday 12 September – Welcome evening
16.45 – Pick-up transport from your accommodation (exact times to be confirmed)
17.30 – Welcome at Rena Beach Club
19.00 – Walking dinner at Rena Beach Club, barefoot edition
00:00 – End of the welcome evening

Saturday 13 September – Wedding day
15.15 – Pick-up transport for the ceremony from your accommodation (exact times to be confirmed)
16.30 – Start of the ceremony
17.45 – First transport to Villa Gancia for aperitivo and dinner
18:15 – Aperitivo at Villa Gancia
20.00 – Dinner
22.30 – Start of the party
03.00 – End of the party

Sunday 14 September – Check-out
On the morning after the wedding, you are welcome to enjoy breakfast and check out individually.
